This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and protection of information when you use MamaVPN. We are committed to your privacy and aim to be fully transparent about how our VPN service works.

Definitions

• Application — MamaVPN iOS app, provided by the Company.
• Company ("we", "us", "our") — Flondex LLC, based in Florida, United States.
• Device — any device that runs the Service, typically an iPhone or iPad.
• Service — the MamaVPN mobile application and the server infrastructure it connects to.
• You — the individual using the Service.

Information we process

MamaVPN is a no-log VPN service. We do not collect or store any personal data or activity logs.

To provide and improve the Service, we temporarily process the following non-personal technical information:

• Public IP address — used to estimate distance to the nearest server.
• VPN protocol type (AmneziaWG, WireGuard, OpenVPN, Xray) — used to optimize performance.
• Connection duration — used to analyze service quality.

This data is never stored beyond the active session and is not linked to your identity. We do not associate any data with specific users or devices.

VPN keys and purchase validation

To establish a VPN connection via WireGuard / AmneziaWG, the app generates a public-private keypair on your device. These keys never leave your phone in their private form.

The public key is sent to our server in order to establish a secure session. It is also used to validate in-app purchases and track entitlement to premium features.

This key is anonymous and does not contain any information that can identify the user or the device. It is used solely for technical operation and entitlement verification.

We do not store names, email addresses, or any personally identifying data. All purchases are processed via Apple's secure In-App Purchase system.

What we do not collect

• Browsing history
• DNS queries
• Traffic content
• User identity, email address, contact info
• Device identifiers or precise location data

Data sharing

We do not share or sell any data to third parties. All temporary data is processed solely within our own infrastructure and is deleted after use.

Children's privacy

MamaVPN is suitable for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app contains no advertising and no content inappropriate for minors.

Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect the limited technical data we process. However, no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We strive to maintain a high level of security but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

International use

Our infrastructure spans multiple countries (US, EU, Asia and others). By using the Service, you consent to processing of technical session data on servers in the region you connect through.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of MamaVPN after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
